The Resonant Health Guardian is an intelligent, sensor-based mobile application designed to maintain physical and emotional harmony by adapting to the user’s own natural rhythm. Using data from a smartwatch or smart ring, it monitors heart rate, sleep, activity, hydration, and stress, then applies resonance-based computation to balance energy, attention, and recovery.

At the heart of the system lies the AVA Harmonia Test, which captures both emotional and physical states through daily micro-assessments and generates personalized recommendations — when to rest, eat, move, or simply be still. Instead of following general norms, the system evaluates all metrics against the user’s individual patterns, using personal resonance as its guiding principle.

The goal of the development is to create a self-tuning, energy-efficient health assistant that supports wellbeing and conscious living while preserving full human control and data privacy.
