The Digital Hungarian Brain represents the second development phase of the AVA system — a nationwide resonant intelligence network interlinking the data systems of the economy, education, healthcare, and public administration. Its purpose is not to build a new infrastructure, but to harmonize existing ones within a single, living field of information.
At its core operates the AVA assistant, which analyzes, cleans, and harmonizes decision flows based on energetic resonance. Through the RINet network of AVA-nodes, local institutions operate efficiently and sustainably, while the national layer forms a coherent cognitive field — the real-time “thinking” of the Digital Hungarian Brain.
